Part Warranty Terms and Conditions

MR Diagnostic Services provides you with a 90 day Warranty on all parts that we sell, new and/or refurbished.

If your part fails in 90 days from the date of sale we will refund your money once we have received the part back and the warranty conditions have been met.

All parts are tested, marked with a serial number, and a photo of the part is taken. The photo and serial number of the part is attached to the customer file on every sale. All returned parts are checked to make sure the serial number is the same as the one we sent and the picture is referenced to compare it to the part that was received.

Once we have received your returned part and have verified that it is not functional and it meets the criteria listed below then your money will be refunded to you including the shipping.

  1. The part returned must have the same serial number that was attached to the part when it was shipped. If the serial numbers do not match than your warranty refund will be denied.
  2. The condition of the part will be checked against the photo take before it was shipped to compare the returned condition to the condition it was when we sent it. If the condition of the part returned shows no excess damage when it is compared to the photo taken then your refund will be forth coming. If the condition of the part received shows excess damage (dents, burns, wire damage caused by improper installation) compared to the photo taken at shipping then your warranty refund will be denied.
  3. Standard Ground return shipping costs will be included in the warranty refund when the above conditions are met.

Reagent Terms and Conditions

MR Diagnostic Services is happy to provide you with Quality Reagent products to meet your daily needs.

Domestic Reagent Shipments: We offer Overnight, Second Day, and Ground shipping services. We recommend that you use overnight or 2nd day air to insure your products are protected. All reagent shipments are packed in insulating Styrofoam with cool packs to keep your product at the correct temperature during shipment. If you choose ground shipping we can not warranty the product due to the possible delay in transit time. However we find that most Immulite reagents get where they are going via ground with no trouble. Many choose this shipping option to save money on shipping. We are happy to ship ground but please understand your shipment will not be warranted but will in most all case get to you in good order.

International Reagent Shipments: All international shipments will be shipped the most economical shipping option available for the area of the world you are in. In most cases this will require some type of air shipping option along with additional cooling processes applied to your shipment.

Your reagent orders are guaranteed under the condition listed below.

  1. Guarantees will not apply to domestic shipments that are shipped via ground services.
  2. Data of the failed adjustment and controls in the form of an emailed PDF scan or photo of the printed data, must be forwarded to us to examine before any refund will be issued.
  3. Data of any good adjustments (from kits other then the kit(s) that were shipped that has failed) and controls that have been run on the unit must be forwarded to us in the form of an emailed PDF scan or photo of the printed data for us to examine before any refund will be issued.
  4. Once the data has been examined we will offer some troubleshooting helps in an effort to fix any instrument problem you may have (this is most always the cause of a bad adjustment).
  5. If after all the data has been examined and it is determined that the reagents, not the instruments or consumables, are the cause of the problem then a refund or reshipment will be authorized.
  6. If any of the data requested is not sent within 5 business days of the request then all guarantees are null and void.
  7. All shipments are covered by shipping insurance for your protection.
  8. Any shipping damage to your products must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.
