MR Diagnostic Services is a full service company. We are a technically based company with manufacture trained engineers on staff.
We don’t just sell you an analyzer, ship it and then move on to the next sale as most all of the other companies that offer used equipment routinely do!
We offer you a package of services that is always included in your purchase price. YOU decide what you need! (should that always be the case?)

Your analyzer will be refurbished and fully tested by our Siemens trained staff engineer. (all our engineers are on staff so you get the full power of our total commitment to your new system!)

We pack, and deliver (U.S. lower 48 only) your new system on our own trailers by the engineer that will be doing your Bayer Advia Centaur Analyzer installation. (No more worries about shipping damage caused by companies that just don’t seem to care.)

Our manufacturer trained engineers preform the delivery, set up, installation, and basic operator training of your system on your site. (other companies will contract someone to refurbish, someone else to deliver, another contracted engineer to install your system, and again someone else to validate your system. There is no accountability with this kind of service!)

We also offer Optional In depth Operator Training and System Validation from a Manufacturer Trained Application Specialist at the time of installation, on your schedule.

Every system comes with a base 90 day parts and labor warranty included in the basic pricing. Need full service for 5 years? We can add that option to your contract up front and off you go with no service worries! Any type of service need you have we can tailor make a service plan just for YOU!

With our manufacture trained engineers on staff we can also offer you optional extended warranties that are custom built for you needs! Choose a one year full service (onsite service with labor and parts) contract, or maybe your operators are really good and all you need is a parts contract we can customize your service to fit that need perfectly also. (try that with the other dealers!)

All this is custom tailored to your needs and included in your sales contract when you invest in your newly refurbished system with MR Diagnostic Services! You pay once and have one company to interface with. No more dealer passing the buck because they didn’t do the installation, or “its the engineers fault.” or “You need to call the shipping company about that damage.” .
